Video of Justin Bieber Allegedly Exploited by Odell Beckam Jr. Goes Viral, Candace Owens Clarifies

Candace Owens refers to the Justin Bieber-Diddy video that resurfaced on her show Candace Owens recounts a video that resurfaced of the two singers talking to each other, where Combs is heard asking Justin Bieber why he doesn't freely associate with him. The then 16-year-old Bieber responded by saying:
"I mean, you try to reach me on all my [projects] and everything, but you never get my number. I'll tell you my phone number."
Combs went on to discuss how he mentored Bieber and Usher in the video. Combs said:
"I don't have legal guardianship over him [Justin Bieber], but for the next forty-eight hours he's with me, and we're gonna go crazy."
Owens then spoke about the concerning video of Justin Bieber and Odell Bekham Jr. Speaking about the Sorry singer, who he referred to as a "victim" repeatedly in the episode, Owens said:
"Justin Bieber is unconscious. He was obviously very affected at this party ... Diddy may have done some inappropriate things with him [Bieber]."

Owens also detailed Bieber's drug addiction and how he tried to find himself "back to God" after his interaction with Combs. This is not the first time Owens has spoken about Combs on his show.
